Here are a few guidelines to help you get the most out of your session:


~ Make sure you're in an uninterrupted space, where you can move and lie down in. Think bed, yoga mat, chair, pillows, whatever gets you feeling super comfy.

~ Wear something comfortable that will allow you to move and breathe.

~ Take a few minutes to create a sacred space. Light a candle, burn some incense, lie on a special blanket or bring a flower from the garden. Take those 2 extra minutes to make it beautiful!

~Have a pen and paper to note if anything came through your practice.

~ Mentally prepare yourself that you will keep this time for yourself and honor it by not over-committing yourself to a million daily tasks.
