Course Details

  • Live Zoom sessions every Monday at 7:00 PM ET
  • Two chapters per week

Through weekly live Zoom sessions, participants will engage in guided teaching, facilitated discussion, and critical reflection on themes such as educational trauma, professional identity formation, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics in the classroom, and the inner dimensions of teacher preparation.

Each recorded session also introduces the book’s Soulwork practices—framed as reflective and embodied inquiry tools—designed to support professional sustainability, self-awareness, and ethical presence rather than performance-based teaching. In addition to the live sessions, participants will join a private group discussion space to continue dialogue, share reflections, and integrate book club concepts into their educational settings.

The Initiated Teacher Book Club offers educators a structured space to examine how the inner life of the teacher shapes educational culture—inviting greater clarity, coherence, and longevity in the profession.
