Teacher Archetypes & Embodied Boundaries Course
A 3-Week Immersive Experience
Teaching often attracts deeply sensitive, perceptive, and relationally attuned people. Without embodied boundaries, however, this very sensitivity can quietly transform into depletion, resentment, or burnout. This three-week immersive experience explores the archetypal patterns beneath teacher identity and offers somatic practices to restore authority, vitality, and self-trust.
Through a blend of reflective inquiry, embodied awareness, and practical application, participants will identify dominant teacher archetypes—such as the Martyr, Over-Giver, Rescuer, or Controller—while uncovering how these patterns formed and how they unconsciously shape relationships with students, colleagues, and self. Central to this work is the understanding that boundaries are not a mental strategy or a script to memorize, but a felt, embodied capacity rooted in nervous system regulation and self-attunement.
Each week builds toward greater nervous system integrity, clearer relational limits, and a more sustainable way of teaching—one that honors both service and self.
By the end of this three-week experience, participants will:
-
Identify their primary teacher archetypes and associated shadow patterns
-
Understand why boundaries collapse when they are cognitive rather than embodied
-
Practice somatic tools for energetic, emotional, and relational containment
-
Reclaim grounded presence, authority, and vitality in the classroom and beyond
This course is for educators who wish to remain open-hearted without self-erasure, devoted without depletion, and resourced in their role as guides and leaders.
Course includes:
-
Three LIVE teaching and integration calls February 9th, 16th and 23rd at 7PM EST.
