Week 1 - Unfurling the heart
The unfurling of the heart is layered and involves journeying through the many chambers and nuances of where the heart enters into a state of protection.
In this week we’ll journey with the unlocking of the chambers through transmission and how we can muse on the openings with tenderness and patience.
Week 2 - Accessing the dark heart
When the heart cracks open to that exquisite nectar it is common to pour all of our love on to an object of our desire. Exploring the dark heart allows you to open all the way through to the primordial dark, anchoring your heart and offering you a pathway to enter back into life without the hooks of past wounding directing your heart.
Week 3 - Opening the pleasure portal of the heart
A women’s breasts are the positive pole of pleasure in neo tantric teachings, meaning our hearts and breasts will often activate with arousal before our genitals. Working with deep sensual connection this can illuminate a unified field of magnetism. Week 4 - Alchemy through the unification of the sex and heart
