Here are a few guidelines to help you get the most out of your session:
~ Practice in an uninterrupted space where you can move and lie down in. Think bed, yoga mat, chair, pillows... whatever make you feel super comfy.
~ Begin facing a mirror, if possible.
~ Take a few minutes to create a sacred space. Light a candle, burn some incense, lie on a special blanket or bring a flower from the garden. Take those 2 extra minutes to make it beautiful!
~ Have a pen and paper handy to note anything that came through in your practice.
~ Mentally prepare to take and honor this time for yourself without distractions.
